About us
Hello, we’re two sisters who grew up in Bangkok, Thailand with the notion of mindfulness and self-awareness deeply rooted into us.
Our challenge: As life got busy, we slowly stopped prioritizing our well-being and felt a loss of connection to self.
Our journey: We found ourselves flowing through countless self-help books, therapy sessions and spiritual teachings. We learned that awareness requires making a conscious decision to be more present, and to practice nonresistance to emotions and thoughts.
Our solution: Build Sage as a safe space for people to foster emotional and self-awareness. Sage provides the curated tools and techniques we learned that built a foundation in our journey.

The foundations of a well-being journey. Once you make that conscious decision to live a more intentional life, then this is when you start to explore. Explore what it means to understand yourself more, and what it means to put yourself first.

Once you have the foundations in place, that's when you go into an stage of engaged learning. You're eager to seek new ways to approach the inevitable thoughts that flow through you, and to discover a gentler way to overcome the emotions and triggers.

Dreamer is an interesting stage. This is when you recognize the power of letting your thoughts go. And the power of redirecting your thoughts towards building something for yourself.

Mission
Our mission is to guide individuals to lead intentional lives and to be more conscious of how their daily actions align with their inner being. We do this by providing tools and wellbeing insights to develop and foster emotional and
self-awareness.

Vision
Our vision is to create a safe space for people to feel more connected to self, and therefore others. We envision a world where individuals are conscious, compassionate inner-beings experiencing the human-being experience.
